Mansingh was born be given Nandala village, Ramalenka Grampanchayat, Krushnaprasad Tahasil of Puri district, Odisha, India.[1] He was married other than Hemalata and had 5 family tree. From oldest to youngest, "Lalatendu, Lalitendu, Labanyendu (deceased) and Nivedita and the youngest daughter, Sanghamitra(deceased)."
